Attorney ProfilesSeth A. Marmor | EmailSeth Marmor is one of only six lawyers in the State of Florida Board Certified by The Florida Bar in both Elder Law and Wills, Trusts and Estates. He is "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell -- the highest possible rating -- and he was selected as a Florida Super Lawyer in Super Lawyer Magazine for the years 2006 through 2009.
Mr. Marmor is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law (cum laude) and received his LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
Mr. Marmor has often appeared on local television and radio programs where he has commented on subjects ranging from elder law to will and trust litigation. Mr. Marmor has lectured for The Florida Bar Association and South Palm Beach County Bar Association and given presentations for many community groups on estate planning issues.
REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
Represented both the children and the surviving spouse in contested probate and guardianship matters; Drafted Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements for wealthy clients to assist in their estate planning; Drafted multi-generational trusts, Revocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogate Designations and Living Wills for families.

Mr. Marmor is President of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is a Past Chairman of the Probate & Guardianship Committee and CLE Committee. He is Past President of the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council and a member of the Board of Directors. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Elder Law Affairs, Estate & Probate Law CLE, and Probate & Guardianship Law Practice Committees. He currently serves as Chair for the Attorney/Trust Officer Liaison Conference Committee of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
COMMUNITY SERVICE/AFFILIATIONS
Mr. Marmor is Past President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Boca Ballet Theater Company. He is the Vice President of West Boca Leaders, Inc., and a Founding Trustee of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Marmor is Past Chairman of the Professional & Business Division of the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science, Palm Beach Region. Mr. Marmor is on the Board of Directors for the American Jewish Committee, Palm Beach Region, and serves on its National Planned Giving Committee. He is a member of the Professional Advisory Committees for the Boca Raton Community Hospital, Boca Raton Museum of Art and South Palm Beach County Jewish Federation Foundation. He is a member of the B'Nai Torah Congregation Foundation Outreach Seminars Advisory Committee.
