Elina Basham is an associate practicing in the firm’s commercial litigation and labor and employment practice groups. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Basham received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Miami, where she was an active member of the UM debate team and in the Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Ms. Basham went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law where she served as a teaching assistant in legal research and writing and as a contributing editor of the Entertainment Law Review. Ms. Basham’s practice focuses on all facets of general commercial litigation and labor and employment law. Ms. Basham was born in the former Soviet Union and is fluent in Russian.
