Preferred Title, Inc., the firm's wholly owned title insurance company, has been offering title insurance and real estate settlement services as an agent of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund since 1995. Effective July 1, 2009, Attorneys Title Insurance Fund is now operating as a joint venture with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. 

Our experienced processors can provide fast and accurate title information for most counties within the State of Florida utilizing state-of-the-art title information software. Each closing file is accorded the personal attention required to insure an efficient, stress-free transaction.

At Preferred Title, we are used to handling a high volume of residential real estate transactions. Accordingly, our staff is familiar with many realtors, mortgage brokers and lending institutions in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.

And to help with problem-free transactions, our real estate attorneys handle all closings. Our attorneys have years of experience representing buyers, sellers and lenders with a wide variety of purchase, sale and refinance transactions.

In addition, Preferred Title, Inc. is an approved closing agent and has provided settlement and closing services for virtually all the major lending institutions, including Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Sun Trust Bank, AmTrust Bank, Chase Manhattan Mortgage, Washington Mutual Bank, Bank of America, Wachovia Bank and Countrywide Home Loans.
