Allison Grant Speaks at Chinese Drywall Symposium

Allison Grant served as a panelist at the Tainted Chinese Drywall Symposium co-sponsored by Corporate & Community Training Institute at Indian River State College and The Environmental Research Alliance of the Treasure Coast on January 29, 2010. Ms. Grant discussed the recent discovery of Chinese drywall in commercial properties (including office buildings, warehouses, hotels, retail establishments and restaurants) and the legal implications. Herself a victim of Chinese drywall, in December 2008 Ms. Grant founded www.chinesedrywall.com, the first website dedicated to educating the public about Chinese drywall. Adam S. Chotiner has been elected to partner at the firm, effective January 1, 2010. Seth A. Marmor Reappointed to Chair Attorney Trust Officer Liaison Conference Committee

Seth A. Marmor was reappointed by the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar to chair the Attorney Trust Officer Liaison Conference Committee. This Committee coordinates the annual four-day seminar which brings together attorneys and trust officers for education and networking. The 2009 seminar is being held at The Breakers in Palm Beach from June 18-21, 2009. The 2010 seminar is scheduled to be held at the Ritz Carlton Golf Resort in Naples June 17-20, 2010.
