Caitlin Shields is an associate with the firm and focuses her practice on products liability claims, toxic torts including asbestos and talc litigation, premises liability, and complex commercial litigation.
Caitlin earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and later graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, Caitlin was a Dean’s List scholar and the recipient of Book Awards in medical malpractice, legal drafting, and cyber security and data breaches. She was also a teaching assistant for the legal writing and appellate advocacy courses, and a graduate research assistant. Additionally, Caitlin interned for a Federal Judge in the Southern District of Florida.
Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin was an associate at another Florida litigation firm where she focused her practice on civil litigation matters. She is admitted to practice in state courts in Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
