Jeffrey A. Sarrow serves as of counsel to the firm. Mr. Sarrow earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida where he was a member of Tau Epsilon Phi, and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Bar and Gavel honorary society.
Mr. Sarrow’s practice over the course of 40 plus years has included all types of complex commercial, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation in various state, federal, and appellate courts throughout the United States. Mr. Sarrow presently represents the interests of numerous shopping center owners across the state of Florida. Mr. Sarrow has served as a court-appointed Collateral Trustee representing the interests of over 2,000 creditors in liquidation proceedings against a major real estate syndicator. Recently, Mr. Sarrow successfully tried, and defended on appeal, a real estate joint venture dispute which resulted in a judgment for his client in excess of $4.6 million.
