Kevin M. Stichter is a South Florida native and associate with the firm, with experience practicing commercial litigation, landlord-tenant and products liability law. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and later graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Kevin worked in commercial real estate, leasing and selling property in the South Florida area. As an attorney, his experience has helped him successfully negotiate leases on behalf of his clients with national tenants such as Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. Kevin was also the lead counsel on a lawsuit against Fannie Mae. Since joining the firm, he has accumulated experience with products liability, defending a wide variety of claims for large corporations.
